Revive Your Marriage Challenge - Coming this September!

Summer is over – the kids are back in school and...

It’s time to…Revive Your Marriage!

Sometimes we need a little boost and when we have friends on our journey – it’s a lot more fun!!!

To help give us all that boost, four marriage bloggers, including myself, have teamed up to bring you a series called "Revive Your Marriage!" This series will be running every Monday during the month of September.
Courtney from Women Living WellSheila from ToLoveHonorandVacuum.com Jennifer from UnveiledWife.com , and yours truly will be writing on the same topic every Monday!  I hope you visit their blogs as they are such an encouragement to me.
Do you feel like you need some rekindling in the marriage department?  Has your friendship with your husband gotten lost in the shuffle with bills, kids activities and the busyness of life?  Do you feel like you need a fresh perspective to help adjust your attitude towards your husband?  Does your time in the bedroom with your man need some spicing up?  {*Blush*} Oh ya – we’re going there!!!  Prayer – prayer is a key to reviving your marriage.
Join us next Monday, September 3rd as we begin the “Revive Our Marriage” Series.
Each week we will include a devotional and a CHALLENGE!
Here’s the topic schedule for those who want to link up each week:
September 3rd – Revive Your Prayers
September 9th – Revive Your Attitude
September 16th – Revive Your  Friendship
September 23rd - Revive Your Praise
September 30th - Revive Your Sex Life
Just to clarify: All four of us will be writing on our own blogs every Monday on the same topic (but in our own unique voices). We will all share the same challenge for the week and the link-up will be shared – meaning when you link here– it will show up on the other 3 blogs as well!

    1. Jennifer, yes you visit the blogs, read the articles for encouragement and find out what the challenge is going to be for each week. If you have a blog of your own, you can put your link in the code at the bottom of the post, but if not, you can leave a comment like you did here.

  20. I think this will be a great challenge. I think at times we can all you a little reviving in the marriage department. This year I have spent a lot of time away from my man due to the health problems of 2 of my 3 parents. In a 3 month time I lost both my Mom and my Father who both lived in different states from me. I think the time of this is perfect.

  47. THANK YOU!!!! It's so nice to hear that I am not the only one that struggles with prayer time!!! Every week at bible study everyone shares praises & prayer requests and then we pray and sometimes it lasts 15 minutes or more (feels like an hour) and like you said, my thoughts are on everything BUT what we're praying about! I feel like an awful friend, an awful christian and really start to beat myself up about it. Then of course if I ever do pray out loud with a group, I feel like a bumbling idiot, forgetting the words to my prayer and what I'm even praying for and of course I never sound as good as the other girls. Uggghhh... I love that you talk about the quick but VERY sincere prayers that are said throughout the day and I have to remember that those are just as important as the other kinds of prayers!!! THANK YOU!!!!! Thank you for being open and honest about that!!! I feel much better!!!!
